Initially, there were four charged for alleged dogfighting activities. Early in the process, one of the co-defendants entered into a plea bargain with federal authorities. Now, two other co-defendants are arranging plea agreements. Michael Vick presently stands alone with a ‘not guilty’ response to the charges:
“With two more co-defendants distancing themselves from Michael Vick, the embattled Falcons quarterback was considering on Monday whether to accept a plea agreement for his alleged role in a dogfighting operation.”
