Perhaps you remember these scams and urban legends. Most likely, they have passed through your email account and might again. Steve Bass, in an article for PCWorld, listed twenty five of “the most infamous ones“.

I just ran into a terrific recipe for chili from the world famous Magic Castle. They guard the ingredients like all of their magic tricks, but I got hold of an old Xeroxed copy. It cost me $450, but I’ll send you a copy…
