There is a brief write up on that link about the development of this program. DropMyRights is effective for Windows 2000 and Windows XP. I have had this program vetted by a team of nine (9) testers / reviewers. All comments were positive. Of course, the usual disclaimers apply to all such products. It is your responsibility. I have used this application for several months will no problems whatsoever. And the price is right - it’s freeware.
