Media Bias At Its Best

We live in a world where the media networks can make a mockery of what should really be reported and misrepresent what needs to be heard. Most news anchors give completely biased viewpoints that should not be expressed on the air at all rather than reporting the facts given by the source. Do we really deserve the pain of being falsely reported news where continuous lies are being advanced upon our already deliberately polluted minds? Is their a war on for your mind? Is their a great battle raging between the left and right media masses in order to gain their shared opinions and notions?
So be it, but they both look like fools after being mocked by the BBC’s Charlie Brooker’s “Newswipe” show – which looks at the in’s and out’s of mainstream news. From Olbermann to O’Reilly and Glenn Beck too, no one is safe… no one. Gather the family around the computer screen, and be prepared to laugh and snort at this pure ownage.

Great post Michael! I urge you to continue seeking all sides of the story and to pursue a career in journalism.
Real journalists uncover facts and present them to their audience in an unbiased manner. Today’s network news is biased and is pure entertainment.
The audience hoodwinked. They’re not allowed to make up their own minds about issues because biased information is presented to them. Audiences are guided how to think about things by the bloated ego reporters and anchors. It’s about word choice, story content, and reporter/anchor emotions. (In smaller ‘local’ news markets you’ll find less of this happening.)
The need for ‘true’ fair and balanced journalists will never disappear, although unfortunately, an intelligent audience who cares about receiving facts seems to be disappearing.
You’ve got a strong voice and you’re already building your audience on Twitter. Keep going for it!

Thanks! I will be going after some sort journalistic career in the future and I promise to abide by what you said above. But, you said that “Today’s network news is biased and is pure entertainment”.
True, it is. But do the viewers really mind being told what to think? I don’t think so. No one rebuts opinions because they look at big networks as an “authority”.
Again, thanks for the comment and I hope you like my future posts!
Cheers,
Michael

Very good video clip. I don’t think all news anchors are anything close to as bad as Fox News. Fox News needs to be singled out and after that video you know the reason why.
Keep on blogging
