Fix IE so it remembers its windows size, position and maximised state between sessions.

Fix IE so it doesn't lose keyboard characters if the user starts typing too soon after invoking the Edit > Find menu option.

Make all not previously authorised software explain to the user why it wants to use the Internet, in terms that the normal user can understand.

Allow the size of MSCONFIG > Startup's window to be changed.

Stable.
Fast.
Safe.
a `pretty' switch, in case you want some
Better performance than the previous OS on the same hardware.
Value: why would I want to pay for it over linux?
Stop Helping Me. I beg of you. STOP.

Since this isn't going to happen, I'll be sticking with Xubuntu.

like I have said before. Why would you wait for Windows 7 when you can get already in Mac OS X. Ok so now that I have the mac fanboy part over yes I totally agree. All of these things need to bed changed. I think that it is time for Microsoft to sit down and think about what we like and what we don't They need to be innovative. the OS needs to be more organized and flow smoother. They also need to work on compatibility and the ability to use more RAM. I am talking like more than 5 or 6 Gb like maybe 10 you know Mac will use up to 64 GB. I am sitting back and waiting to see wether Windows 7 or Mac OS X Snows leopard will take my vote. We will se. Looks like Snow Leopard is going to come out Before Windows 7 though. By the way Microsoft don't get intimidated by the fact the Apple is going to release and OS before you do. Just take your time and make something really awesome. Something worth $500.

Get a Free Audio Book

Are you tired of reading books? Me too. Over the years, I developed pulpuslaceratapohobia - and the only known cure for that is Audible. Finally, a way to digest words without actually having to read them. Professional voices are wonderful choices if you love literary works in audio format. Are you ready to read some audio books? Maybe you should just listen to them instead.

VMware and Parallels for Virtual Machines

It doesn't matter if you're running on Windows or Mac OS X - every power user needs either Parallels or VMware (or both). There's never been an easier way to test software without destroying your primary operating system's stability. Think of how many times you wish you could press a 'reverse' button on your computer. Plus, there's no easier way to try new Linux distributions - see what all the fuss is about. Run Windows in OS X, run Linux in Windows, but the best way to do either is with VMware and/or Parallels.
