I have Verizon DSL, and I have never had a problem with it. The tech support could use a few english - speaking people like most companies do. The speed of my connection is usually around 850 KBPS download and 259 KBPS upload. So I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an ISP.
Verizon also offers Fiber-Optic internet connections in some places. The new fiber-optic technology offers speeds up to 50 MBPS upload and 50 MBPS download.
