Today, while playing with the latest beta of Firefox 3 which, by the way, is set to be released tomarrow, I found a small quirk that evidently is not unique to Firefox 3. I typed about:mozilla into the address bar and recieved a red page displaying a quote from “The Book of Mozilla”.
Mammon slept. And the beast reborn spread over the earth and its numbers
grew legion. And they proclaimed the times and sacrificed crops unto the
fire, with the cunning of foxes. And they built a new world in their own
image as promised by the
sacred words, and spoke
of the beast with their children. Mammon awoke, and lo! it was
naught but a follower.from The Book of Mozilla, 11:9
(10th Edition)
To me, this quote does not really mean anything, but I have found that the verse numbers are important dates for Mozilla. Additionally, each quote is found in a different version. All quotes can be seen at http://www.mozilla.org/book.
