My Open Source!!!

I have been interested in open source since I  have been using linux over 10 year old.  Open source have come long way from just being just projects to being full productive applications.  Some of these applications are firefox, linux, open office, gnucash, gimp and many others.

Open source is a development method for software that harnesses the power of distributed peer review and transparency of process. The promise of open source is better quality, higher reliability, more flexibility, lower cost, and an end to predatory vendor lock-in.
