Aside from dodging a few bottles thrown at my head, I thankfully avoided any serious fights while owning a bar in my mid-twenties. When fights did occur, the guy who came out on top generally used tactics similar to those show here. The only thing missing is a demonstration on how to knock someone to the ground and repeatedly kick them in the ribs until they curl up into the fetal position.
