OS X 10.5.4 Released Today

Apple today released 10.5.4 for all Leopard users. This update fixes some general bugs in iCal, Expose/Spaces, Safari, Airport, and security fixes. As Apple puts it,

The 10.5.4 Update is recommended for all users running Mac OS X Leopard and includes general operating system fixes that enhance the stability, compatibility and security of your Mac.

While it doesn’t feature as many updates as 10.5.3 this update will most likely be for the upcoming MobileME service, which should be released sometime before or on July 11, the 3G iPhone release date. Also to be highlighted in this update are some security updates, so its a good idea to upgrade based on that face alone.

Now if only we could get that iPhone 2.0 firmware?
