So yes I have finally been accepted into a real college! Starting this fall I will be attending East Georgia College on the Georgia Southern Campus. I will be a East Georgia student, which is a junior college, for my freshman and sophomore year and for my junior and senior year I will graduate as a GSU student.

Right now I have decided to go for Computer Science but that could change. I love computers but I also have a passion for sports and writing so I could do a mixture of these things and write about sports or technology. This is reason why I haven’t been writing the past four days because I have been job hunting, not so well, and checking out the campus and trying to learn where everything is. The school is only 40 minutes from my house but I would like to movie into an apartment with some friends from high school.

I know anyone can get into junior college but this is a big win for me. My freshman year of high school I ended up missing the entire year with medical issues. While this was going on I was on hospital home bound but the teacher screwed me and another student up and we both ended up failing the 9th grade. So with those bad grades I fought through high school to get a good GPA but I couldn’t get it high enough to make it into college. So for the past year I have been in tech school working my ass off for good grades and building up good credit to get a student loan for school.

I had given up hope, seeing as it was three weeks since I mailed all of my information to the school, that was until five days ago. I recieved phone call from EGA telling me that they needed a newer transcript from tech school, I told them I wasn’t interested because I assumed I wansnt getting in, but she told me why? You’re loan went through and your grades are great you have been accepted.

So now I can finally go to a real school and get a good education. The only thing is that I may have problems down the road paying this all off, but I can say one thing,

If you work hard enough and keep a postive attitude you can do anything, I am a great example.
