Lightsaber Duels coming to a Wii near you!

Star Wars fanatics can finally live out their dream and become a Jedi Master, on the Wii that is. The new game is entitled Stars wars: Lightsaber Duels, simple enough,  will feature lightsaber battles using the Wiimote, no more using a pole in the garage to simulate a lightsaber battle folks. Here are some additional details via PC Magazine,

In addition to Wiimote-controlled sword-swinging, Lightsaber Duel will feature destructible environments with Clone Wars-era characters and plenty of laser swords. Though the Clone Wars were more filled with lightsabers than other times in Star Wars history, that also sadly means no Darth Vader or Luke Skywalker.

 For me this is a dream come true, being a Star Wars fanboy since the age of six. I don’t even own a Wii but this is the kind of game that makes you buy a new console, I will most certainly be in line that day picking up both, assuming that the Wii will be widely available at that time.
