This Friday, tomorrow folks, Wal-Mart will begin to sell the Toshiba’s HD-A2 for the budget friendly price of $99. This ultra-low price sale will last through the weekend at select stores (most Wal-Marts).

While this is no indication that Wal-Mart is taking sides in the Blu-ray vs. HD DVD war, it’s still great to us, the customers. You’d best believe that I will try and pick one up tomorrow. Also, Wal-Mart will have select HD DVDs for $14.98, but of course no blockbuster movies. I was leaning toward buying the Xbox 360 HD DVD player, but this is too good of a deal to pass up.
