When Microsoft announced the new updated versions of their modestly popular mp3 player the Zune they also gave details on a whole new social aspect of owning an mp3 player.. Their site will be a Social Networking site that will give the chance to the owners of the Zune a chance to share their favorite music to the world and is apparently already up and running at ZuneSocial.com. Before you can enter the actual the content in the website you have to sign up and it asks for the normal requirements to get in, your name, e-mail, and also for your bar code. Now I thought the bar code was the serial number on the back of the Zune but it was wrong and it took me to a page that read.

“Sorry, you have entered incorrectly or are under the age of 21″

So if this website is legit then there will be two things in this country you have to be 21 to be able to do. This would be very interesting if it was a true thing because Microsoft would be cutting off a large percentage of its market. As I said before it might be the real site or it could just be for the people designing and testing the service who knows! I wonder how many kids will get an adult to get them into the Social?
