Microsoft announced that the new Xbox 360 and Xbox 360 Elites will contain two free games with each system, so what two games you might ask? Halo 3 and Mass Effect? Err no the two games you get are Forza Motorsport™ 2 and Marvel Ultimate Alliance.

Now neither one of these games are bad by any means but they are not exactly killer apps. This is a good move on Microsoft part to boost sales this holiday and with a line up of Halo 3, Guitar Hero 3, Call of Duty 4, Mass Effect, and we all hope Assassin’s Creed makes it for the holidays.Many experts are saying the Xbox 360 might finish third, or tied with Sony as the Wii continues to outsell everything, this Holiday season but they might surprise some people with its lower prices and strong line up of games. So for $349.99 for a Xbox 360 and $449.99 for the Elite version the Xbox 360 is a real steal this holiday season.
