How to Have a More Successful Blog

Many people today write blogs and with their blogs they have dreams of making good money off of them via programs like Google AdSense. While many people are not successful with their blogs you can still have success with yours with a few tips.

• Find a niche to write about. If you like computers then by all means write about computers, but remember their tons of people writing about computers already, so try to get a little more specific with it. Are you a Linux fan? Then write about Linux.
• Keep the post short! People don’t care to read a book about stuff so keep it short. If you find yourself writing long articles or posts then break them up into sections and post them under separate titles.
• Use AdSense! Google AdSense is a Godsend. Sign up for Google AdSense and use the ads to earn a profit from your blog or website. This is the top way to make money off of blogging. One rule with AdSense, blend the ads with your page! For more information Google Joel Comm.
• Post Daily. The more you post the more your readers have to read and use tags for your posts.
• Use Lockergnome. Chris gives you great Google optimization with your Lockernome blog. Whatever you post will find its way to Google within minutes and this will help you get traffic.
• It takes time! Don’t think you can start to make $100 a day on your new blog, be lucky to make $10 the first month.
• Get involved. Talk to your readers and post responses to other people’s blogs.
