Vista SP1 Out Today! But Not Really

So as you may know, Vista SP1 came out today for a select few. I am wondering if Micro$oft will let us, the general public, get a taste at what it is updating and fixing to Vista. I wish it would do it like the Vista beta and let us test it out for free before it releases to help make it better and more secure. Of course knowing Microsoft these days anything it can do to make Vista worse, it will do it.

I dunno, do you think we should be able to test it?
