IrrSolar is an educational game about the solar system which I am currently developing. IrrSolar is being developed with the C++ language and the Irrlicht 3d Graphics engine. The project is being developed as a school project and will hopefully be completed by the end of the term. The goal of this project is to provide an open source educational game about the solar system, that will allow the play to transverse through the universe. The game will also help programmers learn about programming with the Irrlicht engine, via the source code. The main Game Directory where I will be placing the updates and the game is located at http://dejaigames.com/download/IrrSolar/ . If you would like to read the pre - alpha development documentation then please head over to

The documentation, provides all the plans that are wished to be implemented within the game. I hope that you enjoy reading on the program, and I hope that you enjoy the game when it is released! Open Source Forever!

This is my main blog page where I will be posting information on upcoming events etc. So to kick things off lets start with my new project ITexture - Picture Viewer.

Hello Everyone I am currently developing a Picture Viewer programming using the open source graphics engine irrlicht, this picture viewer will be completely open source and will be available on all major operating systems that are supported by the Irrlicht engine, this includes Windows, Mac and Linux. If anyone would like to compile the source for mac or windows just contact me. I hope that this Picture Viewer will be able to provide an alternate means of viewing pictures so that one does not have to apply to convention and use what windows or mac give you. The ITexture program has a dynamic structure and you can have several sub windows with several pictures inside the single program which save cpu consumption. Take a look at http://www.lockergnome.com/dejai/itexture-picture-viewer/ for more information.

I have future plans to create a Audio and Video Player, so please stand by and keep checking back at this blog as I will be updating it constantly on my projects and you will be able to get more free software solutions. The audio and video player will be designed for low CPU usage, specifically for games so that you will be able to play games with no processor latency. If you would like more information on these subjects please check back constantly.

If your are interested in anything that I have posted here please take a look at www.dejaigames.com for more information. To get in contact with me please do so via either email or www.dejaigames.com/forum sign up and start posting.

Get a Free Audio Book

Are you tired of reading books? Me too. Over the years, I developed pulpuslaceratapohobia - and the only known cure for that is Audible. Finally, a way to digest words without actually having to read them. Professional voices are wonderful choices if you love literary works in audio format. Are you ready to read some audio books? Maybe you should just listen to them instead.

VMware and Parallels for Virtual Machines

It doesn't matter if you're running on Windows or Mac OS X - every power user needs either Parallels or VMware (or both). There's never been an easier way to test software without destroying your primary operating system's stability. Think of how many times you wish you could press a 'reverse' button on your computer. Plus, there's no easier way to try new Linux distributions - see what all the fuss is about. Run Windows in OS X, run Linux in Windows, but the best way to do either is with VMware and/or Parallels.
