Maybe this isn’t super new news but over at Kevin Smith’s View Askew website he’s recently posted a new thread on his message board where people can post fan art based on discussions and/or stories told during one of his many podcasts (SModcasts, that is). Sure, it’s occurred to me that perhaps people who aren’t regular listeners (or not listeners at all) may not get some of the jokes… but they may find that some of the quality of the art is actually damn good stuff — not all of it, to be sure, but rest assured you’ll come across several images where you’ll wonder why someone ever drew it for free! And yes, I am something of an unofficial whore for Kevin Smith paraphernalia, if you haven’t figured out just yet.
But just to give you a taste of the kind of stuff you’ll see, here are a few of my favorite images so far. Enjoy.
