Terminator and Dollhouse Tonight (Reminder)

ElizaSummerSo you’re probably sitting at your computer and you’ve come across this blog (oh yes, I can state the obvious like it’s no ones business!) so I’ll assume you have some free time tonight.  By the time I post this, it’ll be getting close to 8 P.M. EST and if by coincidence you’re STILL AT YOUR COMPUTER, why not flip on the TV to Fox as well and tune into Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles (which starts at 8) which will immediately be followed by Dollhouse — the new Joss Whedon show, just in case you didn’t know — starting at 9.  (Oh, and did I mention that both shows will be hosted by Summer Glau and Eliza Dushku… together!)

And if you’ve been so kind to read this post, I think it’s only fair that I give you a little taste of what tonight’s episodes are about.

Tonight’s TSCC episode is the fifteenth episode of its second season entitled “Desert Cantos” — and don’t worry if you haven’t kept up with the show, it always brings you up to speed before the episode begins.  The story picks up with Sarah and company searching through a nearby village where a warehouse they’d recently discovered was blown to smitherines at the close of last week’s episode.  Catherine Weaver, the T-1000 model in the series, has plans of her own.

Dollhouse’s second episode of its first season, entitled “The Target,” picks up with Echo being chosen to be an outdoors companion to, well, an outdoors guru yearning for that perfect date.  Agent Ballard receives a clue to his investigation of the “Dollhouse” and we also learn the details behind Dr. Saunder’s mysterious scars.

I’ve already written extensively (kinda) about Dollhouse and TSCC so I won’t drone on about them here to you.  This post, as it states, is just a reminder to tune in — and, if you’re so inclined, to tell your friends to tune in as well.

Have a good night, and enjoy.
