Wow.
You know I am not the type of person that is easily touched. I am the kind of person that will not take crap and will fight for what I believe in. But this song that I have been listening to lately by Beyoncé has really made me think. Think about how men and boys in general treat women and girls. What I mean by that is that just about every rap song out there that is not religious talks about sex and not having a real commitment to the ones that you love; they degrade women.
Women are not just toys - not just people you use to get your dishes done and laundry complete. They have very strong, demanding feelings that apparently guys do not understand. Now I am not talking like I am Mr. Perfect, because I have made mistakes before and have found ways to fix them. I am just saying that you should really think about how you treat every girl in your life that is there for you.

David good points. I agree with the music themes you mention. I would ask you to rethink your closing statement. Why should I really think about how I treat the one girl in my life? Should I not think about all the girls and women in my life? One does not just turn over a new leave for “the one who is there for you” instantly because one wants to. It is a pattern of behavior. You develop bad ones you keep bad ones and the longer you have them the tougher they are to change.
Begin today looking at every woman as a treasure of which you do not deserve but for some reason she has been put into your life. Respect her and what she is as a person whether she stays a moment or a lifetime and you will soon become a treasure one will choose to be with for a lifetime.
