Gateway Computer Handling Charges Rant

I am helping a coworker look for a laptop, and for the fun of it I went to look at Gateway Computers. They were offering free shipping, but I noticed that they were still charging $20 handling charge. I think that this is bad business, and I am really disappointed in Gateway. This is not true shipping. $20 is ridiculous for handling (so they can package a box and put it out on a shipping dock). They look as bad as some of the charges that some eBayers are doing. Just another rant.
