PC For Only $198

Starting this Thursday, Wal-Mart is going to start selling a computer for only $198. This will be the gPC. It has 1.5GHz VIA C7-D processor, 512 RAM, and an 80 GB hard drive. For the OS, it is running gOS (a version of Ubuntu 7.10). There is no monitor included. This will make a fun extra system to let you play with Linux on the cheap.

wow, thats nice, sounds like a sweet deal, I can’t wait to get my hands on one. For right under $200, you can’t really beat that, everyone should at least go and check it out. Although I don’t know much about Linux, guess I will find out.
