Ubuntu 7.10 Release Coming Thursday Oct 18th

This Thursday October 18th will be the release of Ubuntu 7.10.

New features will include Gnome 2.20, Desktop 3D effects, Desktop Search, Fast User Switching, Firefox Plugins, Dynamic Screen Configuration, Fully Auto Printer Installation, handling of non free device drivers, NTFS writting, and profile bases authentication.   Be sure to give it a try.
