A couple of weeks ago a friend of mine wanted to be able to create PDF Files. I create a lot of PDFs at my day job where I use Adobe Acrobat Pro. For most usage I just use it as a simple print job. Why pay to play when you can go Open Source. That is where I recommended PDFCreator. This is available for Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP. The program makes itself a printer. Save your self some money and give it a try.
