Journaling

The other day I was thinking that maybe I write too much on the computer. Do I really have anything to say? That was my last post here. I found an article tonight that says that journaling of any type whether it is blogging, writing in a journal, or even a paper napkin can be a healing way to deal with life’s experiences.

I know that I have a blog on myspace that I write on a daily basis. It does help me deal with issues in my life. Get some advice from friends and family who read it. It is therapeutic. For instance yesterday I had a terrible day dealing with assistants that help me with my medical stuff. I was just totally unhappy with people being late, etc. So I wrote about it and it helped deal with my frustration.

Since the last post about blogging I have changed my mind. It does help.
