Yesterday, I had the opportunity to add a few pictures to the Ethan Weitz Charters photo gallery. Sandie and Ethan Weitz took a group from the Patterns Program out fishing off Marina del Rey and brought in a hell of a catch.

SlapYoFaceOff received a huge influx of traffic yesterday from Yahoo! After the smallest bit of research (reviewing log files) I noticed that SlapYoFaceOff was featured on Yahoo! Picks on 15 Sep 2004.

nbsp;chrisshort.net has now fully incorporated Google AdSense ads across the site.
After some thinking, a little work, and some testing ads are now being displayed across chrisshort.net.
The idea was to ensure that the ads would enhance the content without taking away from the visitor’s experience. I think that has been accomplished.
I’ve begun work on September’s additions to SlapYoFaceOff.
There will be a few changes this month that we’re very excited about. The biggest change is voting confirmation for the Slap of the Month. This will force visitors to make sure they are voting for the right video as opposed to one click, one vote. [...]
After working with Google AdSense on some logistical issues with displaying ads on chrisshort.net and getting in to a new beta program they’re running regarding keyword filtering I’ve decided to start testing ads on chrisshort.net.
