Lovely WordPress Quirk

I was installing WordPress on a domain yesterday and downloaded the WordPress recommended Widgets Theme Pack. I then unpacked the Widgets Theme Pack in the ‘themes’ directory, pick a theme, and off I went to do other things. Not so fast, after leaving the blog alone for about an hour I noticed that the site went back to the default WordPress them all by itself.

I thought maybe it was something I had done so I set it back to the theme I had picked earlier and went to bed. I wake up this morning to find that the default theme is now being displayed on the site. I have no idea why and would accept any advice anyone might be able to give me.

UPDATE:  As it turns out, it’s my fault.  I installed the WordPress Mobile plugin and didn’t follow the instructions.  Details here.  Hopefully, the fix does the trick because if it doesn’t I’m up a creek.
