Here’s a ridiculous case that I heard about today on Fox News. In 2003 Devin Thompson of Alabama was arrested after a high-speed chase. While Devin Thompson was in custody he was able to grab an officers weapon and killed three people.

Devin Thompson’s lawyers are arguing that Grand Theft Auto: Vice City gave him the training he needed to act out this heinous crime. Talk about being responsible for your actions.
