Newegg Rocks!

Recently I ordered a few things from Newegg, which if you don’t know is an online computer parts/accessories store.  I ordered the items and chose standard shipping (which was free in my case) and I received the items the very next day!  The packaging was superb, obviously very carefully packed to protect the items.  The items I ordered worked flawlessly with the exception of one (a video card).  I emailed customer support with the expectation of waiting at least 48 hours for a response.  However, within the hour I received a response to my email with an RMA number and instructions on how to return the defective device.  The very next day I received a replacement video card!  This was before I even returned the defective one!   Shortly after receiving the replacement I got an email inquiring if I got the device and if everything was working ok, which it was.

This is what customer service is supposed to be.  They took care of the issue immediately and without questions.  If all technology companies would conduct their customer service in this manner it would make them unstoppable.  I was so impressed that I took the time to send my feedback to them using their feedback form.  A few days later I received another package from Newegg with t-shirts, hats, cd cases and other small goodies.

Newegg is, in my opinion, the best online store in terms of their customer service, pricing and selections.  I have found a new place to purchase from and I will make sure to mention them to all of my friends and family.  Check them out when you get the chance.  I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised!
