iPhone Issue

Today at work we had an issue come up with the iPhone I thought I would let people know about.  this may also effect other smart phones such as Treo, Blackberry, etc.  If you make any changes to your account, such as changing your rate plan or messaging features, there is a chance that the internet will not provision correctly on the back end.  You will have to call in and get the issue resolved.  It involves a system that provisions wether or not your device pulls from non-GPRS only or Both GPRS and Non-GPRS.  The latter is correct.  If it is set for Non-GPRS only, you will not be able to connect to the internet or email.  Most reps will know what this means, if they don’t then tech support will.
