“Alphaxion” in the chat room mentioned this site earlier today and I thought I would check it out. Here is the You Tube Video he did on it as well.
It is a program that allows you to upload videos of your gaming. It is currently in public BETA and it looks like it will be the You Tube for gamers. As of right now you are not limited in the length of the videos or size. Sign up for a free account, download the software, designate a “hot key” to start/stop recording, open up your game of choice and begin recording your 1337ness to the world! Supports numerous games, including Counter Strike, World of Warcraft, Halo, and a host of others.

I have been chatting with one of the guys there and I did get a couple of items wrong.
The HD recording res is whatever the res your game is set to.
The codec used is mjpg not mpeg.
Still, it was about 3:30am when I did it so I didn’t do too badly
