MySpace Loves Skype = MySkype/Skyspace

So… MySpace and Skype. Well if you (like me) are trying to figure out how in the world MySpace, a social network, and Skype, a VoIP service, go together, get this. The two are planning to have a sort of partnership. No, Skype isn’t buying out MySpace (I don’t think Tom would allow it), but MySpace is planning to integrate Skype’s wonderful VoIP PC-to-PC calling into its profiles. So what’s better than being able to go to your friend’s MySpace and, by clicking a button, being able to Skype him? Nothing, really.
Hopefully, MySpace will place these Skype buttons in an easy to find place. I praise the idea; bring it on, Skype, I can’t wait.

i think this is a great idea but i know many people who detest skype so my answer to this is no

I think it’s a fantastic way to be honest. As a constant user of myspace myself, I like to think MySpace is a nice and easy way of seeing what my friends are up to when they’re not on MSN or any other IM, and a nice simpler way of contacting them.
I kinda also feel it gives you a place on the internet to talk to someone completely random really, kinda fun if you get into it.
Now with Skypes potential integration, communication is going to be easier than ever. This is something I simply cannot wait for… And no I don’t think Tom would allow Skype to buy over MySpace… it’s simply doing too well.
