If you used to follow my site, you know that I have long been a fan of Turning Technologies TurningPoint software. TurningPoint lets you add interactivity to your presentations.
At the most basic level, TurningPoint lets you find out what your audience is thinking and whether they are getting what they need out of your presentation. You can use it to either test the knowledge audience members are retaining, or you can use it to gather opinions from the audience about the topics being covered.
You can add polls, quizzes, games, and even short essay questions to your presentation easily. Your audience members use wireless response cards to provide answers. After each question, you can see a graph of the audience responses. After the session, you can use Excel to evaluate the data.
