Multiple reports from news organizations such as CNN and the Los Angeles Times are reporting that the famous and controversial singer Michael Jackson has passed away.
It’s being reported that the 50 year old pop star has been sitting inside a hospital in a coma after collapsing in his residence in Los Angeles. Here’s what CNN had to say:
Jackson, 50, had been in a coma at the hospital, sources told CNN.
Brian Oxman, a Jackson family attorney, said he was told by brother Randy Jackson that Michael Jackson collapsed at his home in west Los Angeles Thursday morning.
Family members were told of the situation and were either at the hospital or en route, Oxman said.
Fire Capt. Steve Ruda told CNN a 911 call came in from a west Los Angeles residence at 12:21 p.m.
Ruda said Jackson was treated and transferred to the UCLA Medical Center.
Asked specifics of the patient’s condition, he said he could not discuss them because of federal privacy laws.

Thats very sad… no one could make ‘Thriller’, ‘You are not alone’, ‘Billie jean’, ‘man in the mirror’ and many other remarkable songs. Pop music owes a lot to Michael… we will miss the moon-walker. RIP, MJ

My heart is weary, I am still in shock! It feels so surreal. A couple of things that are bothering me is the media’s constant comment about the past couple of years, I will forever remeber Michael Jackson, for his music, generosity, sincerity, and humbleness. He is a true loss to the world, as a man as well as a musician.
May God rest the legend’s soul.

@AdamMoffat - This is not a prefabricated statement- The hospital at UCLA has concluded that the death is most likely due to Cardiac Arrest. With that said, there’s an autopsy being done to make sure, so nothing is ruled out.

EMERGENCY AND OTHER DOCTORS DON’T AND ARE WARNED NOT TO MAKE SUCH STATEMENT AS CARDIAC ARREST.
CARDIAC ARREST HAPPENS FROM INJECTING POTTASIUM IN THE BLOOD STREAM, OR FROM MYOCARDIAC iNFARCTION OR TO HEART PATIENTS (BUT ONLY IN icu INTENSIVE CARE UNITS). SO i WONDER THIS STATEMENT IS STRANGE. IT IS DEFINITELY NEVER BEEN STATED BY A PHYSICIAN, THEN WHO??

Just curious, how do you know that Michael doesn’t have a heart problem? People every day walk down the street and you could never tell they had heart difficulties.
And, when an official statement is sent out from the UCLA hospital I’m pretty sure no one is BSing us.
With that said, again, we’ll see what the autopsy results state.

i don’t see statement from hospital say cardiac arrest.
also, autopsy showed no signs of myocardiac infarction.
cardiac arrest is the best method in assasinations.
probably his private doctor administered demerol in the vain rather in the muscle!!!!

Cardiac arrest is an abrupt cessation of pump function in the heart (as evidenced by the absence of a palpable pulse).
What happens when you die naturally? there is a ‘Cessation of pump function in the heart’
So cardiac arrest does occur when you die naturally as well.
