Four Things The New iPhone Must Have!

The third generation of Apple’s iPhone installment is expected to be announced within the week and I’m having some tough expectations for Apple. For the first two generations I noticed that Apple was holding back features that they could have implemented into the device. This of course is to be expected since it indirectly makes you(the costumer) want to but the newest version. I personally believe we’ve waited long enough and it’s time to see some features that will increase our ability to stay connected and make life easier. Below I’ve developed a list of features that I believe should be packaged along with the third generation iPhone.
- Cut and Paste- How much longer do we have to wait for this? We first started hearing complaints about cut and paste when the first iPhone was released and now it’s starting becoming a joke. Get on with it already and make the costumers(especially business customers) happy.
- Flash- Somehow Ustream.tv found their way around this problem when they released their viewing application. The fact is, without Flash iPhone users are only getting half the browsing experience with Safari. Letting Adobe in will definitely make costumers happy as they’ll be able to view media without having to download it as a podcast or vidcast.
- Allow Applications to run in the background- Don’t you hate it when you’re listening or watching live video or audio on the iPhone due to the fact that when you want to go to the home screen it all shuts off. With the ability for programs to run in the background on the iPhone Apple will be giving their users a true iPhone experience.
- Fix the Safari problems- We’ve been waiting to long for Apple to fix the issues with Safari mobile and I believe it’s time to exile those bugs once and for all. At first I was patient with the mobile browser but now it’s just getting silly and unreliable. It’s time for Apple to get on this issue.
The third generation of the iPhone is expected to be announced within the upcoming week. Apple fanatics are hoping for great new features while still keeping the user interface as simple as possible.
What do you want out of the new Iphone? What abilities do you think are essential to the Iphones success? Will there ever be an Iphone killer?
