Bowling Food

You know, I was thinking about this on my way to school this morning and I thought this would be an interesting topic to talk about today. You know, there are certain foods that you can eat while bowling that can actually help you bowl better and give you more strength, like…
Pizza!? Sure! A slice or two of cheese pizza from the bowling center (as they always DRENCH their pizzas with cheese!) will add essential nutrients to your bones like Calcium to make your bones stronger and you can regain your strength while in the middle of your second game. But note, if you put ANY toppings on the pizza, it will do you no good whatsoever! (Unless you’re a veggie pizza eater, then have it!) The same goes for mozzarella sticks.
Cheez-It’s! They also supply a decent amount of Calcium (again, the cheese factor). Just get plain or White Cheddar, as they supply the most and they don’t weigh you down too much.
Milk (any kind)! Vitamin D and Calcium fountain right there! ONLY drink this, water, or a sports drink to replenish your body’s fluids and regain some of your energy.
Please, do NOT have the following while bowling: any other vending machine food (too fatty, big weighdown, ESPECIALLY chocolate), soda (hurts your stomach, been there, done that), popcorn, pretzels (too salty), hot dogs, burgers, etc (too filling).
Well, that’s all I have for today! I hope you enjoy your week and go bowling!
