If nothing works, to uninstall the 2010 Microsoft Office suite automatically, click the Fix this problem button or link. Click Run in the File Download dialog box, and then follow the steps in the Fix it wizard.

I had to uninstall the Access 2010 Database engine (beta) in order to get past this error – I did not have the Outlook Connector installed.

Setup refused to install and terminated. Uninstalled hotmail connector -> WORKS. TY !
