		<description>Too bad the old saying &quot;64-bit is for geeks&quot; doesn&#039;t apply any more. Used to be, the only people on 64-bit *knew* what to expect, what with different hardware support, different drivers, and expecting upgrade/migration incompatibilities.  I&#039;m glad MS is going to &quot;fix&quot; the problem by allowing them to upgrade that way, but to blame MS or even report DR to BBB is ridiculous.</description>
