		<description>I think this is a silly attempt to try and regulate and authenticate reviews and endorsements across the blogosphere. 

At hindsight one may believe that this will eliminate all those advertisers or bloggers who place false testimonials and promotions of &quot;FREE&quot; products on their web real estate with hopes of &quot;scamming&quot; a customer.

But the sad part is that this regulation maybe a decade or two too late. Do you know how many blogs are in the blogosphere right now? It&#039;s over 140 million. I would love to see how the FCC can regulate this rather vague policy.

I look at it like file sharing or music sharing, how illegal is that?? And how many sites can you goto right now and purchase it?</description>
