ImgBurn New Version 2.5 - Free Download

I have been using ImgBurn software for about a year, since my Nero software was not compatible with Microsoft’s Vista operating system. I had looked around the Internet for a free software, that was simple to use, and that actually worked properly. ImgBurn has met all of my needs. I am currently in the process of burning .iso images of the new Windows 7 OS [Home Premium, Professional & Ultimate both 32 and 64 bit versions] and all has gone flawlessly.
I guess one could consider ImgBurn a lightweight application when compared to products such as Nero. But the software works just fine for CD and DVD burning. I use the verify feature to ensure that a disk is 100% readable against any given data source.
ImgBurn has a new version, 2.5, which is available at the link below.
Compatibility:
Windows 95, 98, Me, NT4, 2000, XP, 2003, Vista, 2008 and 7 (including all the 64-bit versions).

Just as an aside, windows 7 comes with a built in iso burner.

@Jeff: Yeah it does, but Windows can’t burn NRG, MDF/MDS, DAA, etc.
Windows also can’t make audio CDs out of Flac or Vorbis files, Imgburn can use whatever formats you have a DirectShow filter isntalled for to make an audio CD.
Windows has always just implemented the bare bones parts of standard formats that they can’t possibly get by without having some minimal support for.

Actually, you can’t copy DVDs with it as they had to remove the copy restriction bypass.
There’s plenty of things that can copy DVDs though, AnyDVD HD will do Blu Rays too.
