Sir, could you please tell me your opinion/experience of Online Armor’s 1)Firewall and 2)Antivirus. I’m a former NOD32 user, am currently using Comodo for both, and am trying to decide whether to use OA or Comodo for my firewall, and OA or NOD32 for my antivirus. As you can see, even after considerable research, I’m still in a quandry, and, as I strongly value your opinion, I believe your input could help me decide, once and for all. Thank you very much.

Hi Buffet,
Scot Finney who’s opinion I respect did a very extensive test in which he concluded that OA was the best firewall. I agree with his assessment.

Scot also picked Nod32 as the best anti virus program.

These are the two products I would recommend with the options you have provided.

So far, so good. Feedblitz announced yet another warning about Comodo yesterday. Their practices are more unethical by the day. Thanks again for helping guide me in the right direction. The first things on any new computer, in my mind, should be: Acronis True Image, NOD32, Online Armor, and Win Patrol. Add in a good quality antispyware, and you’re good to go.

Heh Buffet,
Acronis True Image is a definite must. I have my system backed up to an external.
Have a good one. Regards, Ron
