Then FF seems faster on some pages. I measured them both and the speed was slightly faster in IE (suprising). That was before I tweaked the settings. I tweaked my connection settings, IE settings, FF settings, services in Windows and I also tweaked my router settings. The result was a faster connection with both IE and FF. In fact it was almost no different between them in performance and speed. Shocking! I have to say that the speed was faster after the tweaks but not that much in difference by the browsers. I like FF best because it got all the great plugin and as mentioned you can download Win updates through FF by installing the IE plugin.
