		<description>There is absolutely no reason why our government couldn&#039;t do the same.  

Most computers, in government service, are used for email and web browsing, maybe some light clerical work done in Word or Excel, meaning Ooo could replace Office very easily.  Most applications are going web based, and could easily be viewed in Firefox.  

We have the ability and ingenuity to do so, the bottom line for the government is: they will adapt to anything mandated.  They will not do it on their own, as most government employees lack the spine to do so.</description>
