I believe option 5 is customer service and tech. support.

I have the same problem you wrote about with google. My business is down and looks like gone forever. All my info, contacts, etc. I am absolutely at a loss. I should never have trusted even if it was free. they tell me they will email me for repair but if I can’t access my email what good is that. they have actually shut down my business. I have emailed them til I am blue in the face with frustration. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks for your email – sorry for your loss – glad you finally got up and running. What do they do when they say down for maintenance? Do you know?
