Google Customer Service Phone Numbers & More

Some of you may recall the minor problem I had with my Google gmail account, that took about 5 days to finally get resolved. So when I saw this web site with the phone numbers for Google customer service and other links, I thought I would post the information here.
Google Contact Info:
1. Main phone number - (650) 253-0000, press “5″ for Customer Service or Tech Support, where you will then be directed to the Google website where you can submit an email.
2. Google Adwords Advertising - (866) 246-6453, press “2″ for Adwords questions. You will be placed on hold for a mandatory fifteen minutes before the call is then routed to the advertising bureau–aka socialism, Google style, and you vill comply. When you are finally greeted by a real Google person don’t expect to get anywhere. Depending on your issue you will be directed to the Google website to fill out a form, or placed on hold for five minutes. After being placed on hold the real Google person will then direct you to the Google website to fill out a form.
It is not widely known, but Larry and Sergey review each form submission in the basement of the Google headquarters and secretly make fun of our problems.
3. Google Adwords Support Form - https://adwords.google.com/support/bin/request.py?hl=en_US&ctx=foot
4. Google Trademark Infringement Form - https://adwords.google.com/support/bin/request.py?hl=en_US&ctx=foot
5. Trademark Complaints Email Address - ads-trademarks@google.com
There is the impression out there that only “the small guy” gets dissed by Google. This just isn’t true, for the most part. Google is an equal opportunity offender, with the exception of the largest brands (deep legal pockets) and most aggressive cyber giants like Amazon or eBay (deep advertising pockets).
I think the word Form may mean Forum.
Anyway, hopefully this information will help someone in the future get a direct answer to a problem they may have with Google.
Comments welcome.

It is strange to me that Google has been building a following and almost taking the opposite seat to Microsoft in the Monolopy game but as you say above has almost no customer service.
I admit that I am unaware of what to do if my adsence account gets screwed up. That concerns me!

My gmail account was disabled on 8/3 and I still have not heard anything from Gmail. Do you have any suggestions? I tried calling and talked to a receptionist, but she was no help!

I, too, got caught in the “make-money-at-home scam” offered by Google.
NO WHERE did the info I received say there would be a $72.28 monthly fee on my credit card. I never rec’d the confirmation email to set up an account so how could I have approved anything?
A man did call me 2 days after I replied to the Google email sent to me. He told me what the make-money-at-home was about and I told him I wasn’t interested and to cancel my order. Evidently he did, as I never rec’d any mail (kit) or heard from them again.
I have reported Google to Consumes Affairs in Washington, written my credit card company (they won’t remove the charges from my account )and will go to my District Attorney if need be.
I trusted Google and did never doubted their honorability. Boy was I wrong!!!

Google calendar question:
I set up a calendar for my 5 year old, since I am recently divorced. This is so my ex and I can keep a shared calendar. However, she has changed jobs and when I go to share the calendar with her new address, it accepts it and I save. However, when you go back in, even after signing out…..her old email is there. I tried deleting cookies/cach and still there. She is not even in my address book.
HELP ME P L E A S E….
