Though it has had a steep learning curve we now two years later find it to be a superior security service. Considering all that is included in the suite such as antiviirus,two way firewall,anti spam (Defender) and automated backup we find occasion to rank it highly. Highly Recommend! There is too much un-needed software that is put on new computers in an effort to sell more software licenses. In my opinion it ruins the user experience. Imagine an brand new machine with only Windows XP installed with no extra software. When you install something for yourself you do it with purpose and need, then when you see a performance hit you can make an educated decision if that is beneficial for you. This is just going to make our computer purchasing experiences continue to be like they have in the past.
