IE7Pro - If You Can’t Beat Firefox - Emulate Them

There is a  new add-on for Internet Explorer that they call IE7Pro which adds a lot of the features that we Firefox users have become accustom to using.  I downloaded a copy of IE7Pro and installed it. It does work well. On their web site,  IE7Pro is described as:

IE7Pro is a must have add-on for Internet Explorer, which includes a lot of features and tweaks to make your IE friendlier, more useful, secure and customizable. IE7Pro includes Tabbed Browsing Management, Spell Check, Inline Search, Super Drag Drop, Crash Recovery, Proxy Switcher, Mouse Gesture, Tab History Browser, Web Accelerator, User Agent Switcher, Webpage Capturer, AD Blocker, Flash Block, Greasemonkey like User Scripts platform, User Plug-ins, MiniDM, Google sponsored search,IE Faster and many more power packed features. You can customize not just Internet Explorer, but even your favorite website according to your need and taste using IE7Pro.

If you are a die hard Internet Explorer fan, you may wish to give this a try and see what you think. If you don’t like IE7Pro there is an uninstall feature available in Control Panel. :-)

PS I stand corrected. This is not a Microsoft product. :-)

Comments welcome.

But do they have colorful tabs? I think not.

Hi . Ron
_____I Be Gettin It If I Ever Gets This “Puter Workin right :-) __

“Microsoft’s” ie7pro is a missnomer since it is NOT in any way related to Microsoft.

copied from there web site “IE7Pro is managed by a team of professionals. Everyone has experience living abroad - in different countries across the world: United States, Japan etc.”

Thanks woolf2k for the correction.

Thanks, but I’ll stick with FireFox Ron. Oh, I just d/loaded and installed yet another offering by Mozilla called: THUNDERBIRD, which is their email program. Very similiar to OUTLOOK, but without all the bells & whistles (and problems!). Very easy to config and worked well right out of the shute. Yeah, one less Microsoft program to deal with.

The new site look seems to function very well Ron. Normal scrolling is once again back on track and no glitches. Hope the webmaster decides to just leave it alone. !!

What Do You Think?
