It’s similar with a shorter URL and works better.

I still wonder how reliable any of these sites are, anyways.

any website posted on Lockergnome, especially new sites, WILL get overloaded with traffic. It is just the way it goes… Lockergnome does that to sites.

Yep, since I could not get bluemarine to connect, I, also, tried the “source” for bluemarine.tidalwave.it I just got a 404 error.

Hmm…………. looks like the site may need some work.

I’ll relay this to the author. But I’m wondering if his servers are becoming overloaded with his new found traffic?

I just tried to use the site to test a link that was recommended in a Chris Pirillo blog (the blueMarine site, billed as a free alternative to Lightroom); I copied and pasted the URL into the box, clicked the active “just me” link, and what I got was a page simply stating “Huh? doesn’t look like a site on the interwho.”

I’ve been trying to get through to the blueMarine site but evidently it’s been garnering so many hits that it IS down for the moment.

Methinks DownforEveryoneorJustMe isn’t yet ready for prime time…

Ha, when Lockergnome is down try and use that website to see if its down and it will usually crash the website.
