But my point is if Congress is barred from barring freedom of the press, so should AP who wants to impose their own rules. :-) I hope you are correct about us small bloggers not getting sued. But if I recall correctly the RIAA sued some kids who's parents had to pay the thousands in fines. I don' want to bet my home on AP not doing the same thing. Just another thought. Nothing to gain but bad publicity. And it's not like bloggers are going to disappear. What are they so upset about anyway?
